Cluster Documentation Engineer

Job Summary

Dynamic and innovative, the full-time Cluster Architecture Documentation & Standards Engineer will create user-focused technical documentation for AMD's next-generation clusters while defining and maintaining documentation standards and driving alignment across teams in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear and effective technical documentation for highly technical audiences
• Define and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and templates for cluster content
• Drive alignment and consistency across teams to ensure coherent documentation

Required qualifications

• BA in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience writing technical documentation for major products or technologies
• Ability to define and maintain documentation standards across multiple contributors
• Familiarity with High Performance Computing (HPC) and cluster networks
• Experience managing multiple projects using collaborative platforms such as Confluence or Jira
