Job Summary
Supporting the onboarding systems and training materials, the full-time CMA Clinical Specialist in Clinical Education will ensure providers are technically prepared and aligned with workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update onboarding systems and training documentation to reflect current tools and processes
- Monitor provider-facing channels to troubleshoot technical issues and reduce onboarding friction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance education initiatives and support client launch preparations
Required qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with an active certification
- Experience in onboarding, training, or operational workflows within healthcare or telehealth
- Ability to clearly interpret and document technical processes
- Experience adapting to multiple systems and frequent updates
- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
