CMA Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the onboarding systems and training materials, the full-time CMA Clinical Specialist in Clinical Education will ensure providers are technically prepared and aligned with workflows while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update onboarding systems and training documentation to reflect current tools and processes
• Monitor provider-facing channels to troubleshoot technical issues and reduce onboarding friction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance education initiatives and support client launch preparations

Required qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with an active certification
• Experience in onboarding, training, or operational workflows within healthcare or telehealth
• Ability to clearly interpret and document technical processes
• Experience adapting to multiple systems and frequent updates
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
