Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Care Advocate - RMA/CMA.
Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records and coordinate healthcare services and referrals for assigned patients
- Complete forms and provide medical documentation to support services
- Ensure coordination of patient care and flow of information through effective communication and documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must possess a CMA or RMA certification from a recognized national organization
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience with answering phones and utilizing electronic messaging
