Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Advocate - RMA/CMA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review medical records and coordinate healthcare services and referrals for assigned patients
  • Complete forms and provide medical documentation to support services
  • Ensure coordination of patient care and flow of information through effective communication and documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must possess a CMA or RMA certification from a recognized national organization
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with answering phones and utilizing electronic messaging
