CMA Telehealth Patient Care Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Tech Telehealth - Virtual Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures excellent customer service and meets call quality standards
• Schedules patient support calls and assists with My UNC Chart setup
• Tests technical connections and provides troubleshooting support for patients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• CMA certification required
• Preferred completion of clinical training
• Some medical/clinical background such as CMA, CNA, EMT, or medical technician
• Ability to document information in electronic medical records
