CMC Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMC Project Manager / Senior CMC Project Manager in Research & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the initiation, planning, and execution of CMC activities across vaccine development phases
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk, ensuring alignment with program objectives and regulatory milestones
• Facilitate strategic planning and integration across cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field; advanced degree and/or PMP certification preferred
• 7+ years of experience in project and program management within vaccine/biologic product development
• Experience managing third-party vendors, including CDMOs and CROs
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to travel approximately 10-20% domestically and internationally
