CMDB/CSDM Design Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sys Design & Integ Spec 3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributes to architecture and data/information management standards and strategies
• Facilitates CMDB/CSDM governance processes and provides technical design solutions
• Documents configuration and implementation following established processes and design standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical education and experience
• 5 or more years of related work experience in a technical role
• Experience with ServiceNow and API integration
• Knowledge of Agile and Kanban best practices
• Ability to analyze and document process, data, and system architecture
