CME Director of Education
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of accredited and non-accredited educational programs, the remote-first Director of Education & Events will manage CME compliance, collaborate with physicians and stakeholders, and oversee the full event lifecycle for conferences and specialty society meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of educational programs, conferences, and specialty society meetings
- Partner with physicians and planning committees to develop educational content and learning opportunities
- Maintain ACCME accreditation and manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five to seven years of experience in continuing education, event management, or a related field
- Proven experience managing ACCME-accredited CME programs and compliance
- Experience with budget management and vendor relationships
- Familiarity with medical associations and the PARS reporting system is a plus
