CME Director of Education
Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of accredited and non-accredited educational programs, the remote-first Director of Education & Events will manage CME programs, conferences, and specialty society meetings, ensuring compliance with ACCME accreditation requirements while collaborating with physicians and industry partners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of educational programs, conferences, webinars, and specialty society meetings
- Maintain OSMA's ACCME accreditation and oversee CME compliance, reporting, and credit processes
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and support revenue generation through sponsorships and partnerships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five to seven years of experience in continuing education, event management, or a related field
- Proven experience managing ACCME-accredited CME programs and compliance
- Experience with budget management and vendor relationships
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and project management tools
