CMMC Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time salaried CMMC Compliance Consultant will guide DIB clients through the CMMC lifecycle, conducting assessments, authoring documentation, and serving as the primary technical contact for compliance initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute CMMC Level 2 gap assessments and deliver prioritized remediation roadmaps
• Author and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, and compliance documentation using NIST methodologies
• Evaluate client environments and ensure data integrity in the GRC platform for compliance management

Required qualifications

• Active CMMC Certified Professional (CCP) and CMMC Certified Assessor (CCA) credentials
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including 2 years in cybersecurity and 1 year in compliance consulting
• Expertise in scoping CUI environments and applying NIST SP 800-171 Rev 2
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments in a CMMC compliance context
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
