CMMC Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMMC Compliance Manager to join their Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance assessments and review technical configurations against control objectives
• Support the development and maintenance of System Security Plans (SSPs) and compliance documentation
• Communicate with clients to gather evidence and maintain progress visibility on compliance deliverables

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with eligibility for a Secret clearance
• 2-5 years of experience in information security, IT compliance, or cybersecurity auditing
• Practical experience with CMMC, NIST 800-171, or similar frameworks
• Ability to lead compliance-related matters and assess evidence
• CompTIA Security+ certification required within the first 2 months of hire
