Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the CMMC consulting practice, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction
• Oversee successful client outcomes and manage workforce planning to achieve profitability targets
• Develop and mentor a national consulting team while fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8-12+ years in cybersecurity consulting, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (master's preferred)
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM) and CMMC-related certifications preferred
• Deep expertise in CMMC 2.0 framework and NIST SP 800-171
• Strong understanding of the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and DoD compliance ecosystem
