CMMC Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Leading hands-on implementation projects for customers pursuing CMMC compliance, the full-time CMMC Implementation Specialist will coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure operational readiness, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CMMC implementations, managing the customer experience from kickoff through handoff and readiness milestones
• Translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans, including scope, timeline, milestones, and success criteria
• Collaborate with customers and partners to operationalize CMMC requirements and support secure-environment planning discussions

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in implementation, project management, or a similar customer-facing delivery role
• Technical fluency in discussing identity, cloud environments, and security compliance concepts
• Understanding of CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and related compliance frameworks
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional accountability
• Experience working with a diverse range of customers, from small businesses to larger organizations
