CMMC Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer III to lead the design and management of secure Microsoft 365 GCC High environments for CMMC-regulated customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead provisioning, configuration, and management of Microsoft 365 GCC High environments in compliance with CMMC and DoD standards
• Design and implement secure configurations and compliance controls for Microsoft 365 GCC High
• Develop automation workflows to enhance security operations and manage incident response activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology and information security
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and security configuration, preferably in GCC High environments
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP are strongly preferred
• Advanced experience with CMMC compliance frameworks and automation using scripting languages like PowerShell or Python
