Job Summary
Overseeing asset management and work planning, the full-time CMMS Administrator will utilize Infor EAM software to manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and equipment metadata in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Measure and publish facility's PI metrics, interpreting data and making recommendations based on findings
- Develop and maintain accuracy of work order and spare parts metadata, ensuring proper planning and scheduling
- Support management in the scheduling, assigning, and auditing of work orders and materials management processes
Required qualifications
- 2-year Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- 1-3+ years of experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment
- 4+ years of experience with enterprise asset management software, preferably Infor EAM ASE
- 2+ years of data analysis experience in facilities maintenance, focusing on asset management and spare part optimization
- Experience in user training and communication with various levels of personnel
