CMMS Administrator

Job Summary

As a full-time remote CMMS Administrator, the successful candidate will architect and manage the implementation of the Siteracker platform to streamline maintenance and operational workflows for utility-scale clean energy assets, collaborating closely with field engineers and operations leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and administration of Siteracker as the enterprise CMMS
• Optimize maintenance workflows by mapping real-world activities into efficient Siteracker processes
• Drive platform adoption and continuous improvement through user training and technical support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with CMMS or enterprise asset management platforms
• Mandatory experience with Siteracker, including custom workflow development and user administration
• Prior exposure to maintenance management systems such as SAP or IBM Maximo
• A self-directed mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
