CMMS Project Planner

Job Summary

Providing focused oversight and management of maintenance work orders through the Maximo CMMS platform, the full-time remote CMMS Project Planner will ensure operational excellence, maintain service standard compliance, and collaborate with site teams to optimize work order processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track open work orders, providing analytical oversight of data and trends
• Serve as subject matter expert for Maximo CMMS, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
• Identify bottleneck processes and streamline communication regarding work order status

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance planning, or CMMS administration
• Proficiency in IBM Maximo CMMS software
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in data management and performance analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Education in Industrial Setting, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
