Job Summary
A company is looking for a CMS Integration Specialist to support and scale integrations between MoveDocs and leading Case Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of CMS integrations from initial demo through activation and post go-live follow-up
- Serve as the primary point of contact for law firms during and after the integration process
- Conduct firm-facing training sessions to drive platform adoption and utilization
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in legal technology, SaaS onboarding, customer success, or personal injury industry preferred
- Familiarity with Case Management Systems (Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, etc.) preferred
- Project management experience and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in leading virtual demos and client-facing calls
