Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMS Integration Specialist to support and scale integrations between MoveDocs and leading Case Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of CMS integrations from initial demo through activation and post go-live follow-up
Serve as the primary point of contact for law firms during and after the integration process
Conduct firm-facing training sessions to drive platform adoption and utilization

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree preferred
3+ years of experience in legal technology, SaaS onboarding, customer success, or personal injury industry preferred
Familiarity with Case Management Systems (Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, etc.) preferred
Project management experience and strong organizational skills
Proficient in leading virtual demos and client-facing calls
