Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMS SEPSIS Measures Abstractor (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and submit accurate, complete, and timely data to the specific registry or measure data repository
• Perform high-quality data compilation, documentation, and data entry of identified procedures and disease process treatments
• Maintain consistent communication and responsiveness while working independently in a remote setting

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 5 years of current experience with Sepsis Abstraction (Clinical Data Abstraction)
• Superior knowledge of core measure requirements and experience with quality reporting programs
• Experience with core measure data collection applications
• A college degree from an accredited nursing program, CAHIIM accredited program, or other accredited healthcare program
• Healthcare credential associated with their program of study is desirable
