CMV Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CMV Equipment Coordinator to assist with the management of commercial motor vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the maintenance and repair of the fleet to ensure operational and safe vehicles and equipment
• Monitor and track vehicle and equipment usage, including compliance with regulations and policies
• Manage vehicle registrations, inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules while maintaining accurate records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or closely related equivalent
• 2-3 years' experience in the transportation industry required
• Experience using a TMS/ELD system required
• Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications
