Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Intake and Client Services Coordinator, the full-time remote position will manage client inquiries, gather information, and schedule assessments while providing exceptional customer service in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and gather client information to connect them with appropriate services
- Schedule consultations, assessments, and follow-up appointments while maintaining accurate records
- Provide compassionate customer support and address client questions or concerns effectively
Required qualifications
- Active CNA certification required
- Previous call center or high-volume inbound customer service experience strongly preferred
- Experience in home care, healthcare intake, scheduling, or admissions preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
