Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Intake and Client Services Coordinator, the full-time remote position will manage client intake, provide customer support, and schedule assessments while working Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and gather client information to connect them with appropriate services
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records within CRM and intake systems
- Provide compassionate customer service and follow up with clients and referral sources
Required qualifications
- Active CNA certification is required
- Previous call center or high-volume inbound customer service experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in home care, healthcare intake, scheduling, or admissions is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high-speed internet connection
