Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Intake and Client Services Coordinator for a full-time, hybrid position in Troy, MI, where the coordinator will manage client intake, provide customer support, and ensure accurate documentation while working both remotely and in the office.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and gather client information to facilitate healthcare and home care services
  • Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments, routing inquiries to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within CRM and intake systems
Required qualifications
  • Active CNA certification is required
  • Previous call center or high-volume inbound customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in home care, healthcare intake, scheduling, or admissions is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable learning new software systems and technology
