Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Intake and Client Services Coordinator for a full-time, hybrid position in Troy, MI, where the coordinator will manage client intake, provide customer support, and ensure accurate documentation while working both remotely and in the office.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and gather client information to facilitate healthcare and home care services
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments, routing inquiries to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within CRM and intake systems
Required qualifications
- Active CNA certification is required
- Previous call center or high-volume inbound customer service experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in home care, healthcare intake, scheduling, or admissions is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable learning new software systems and technology
