Job Summary
Seeking a customer-focused Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Intake and Client Services Coordinator for a full-time hybrid role, responsible for managing client intake, scheduling assessments, and providing exceptional service to individuals seeking healthcare and home care services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and gather client information while explaining available healthcare services
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments, ensuring accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Provide compassionate customer service and address client questions, collaborating with internal teams as needed
Required qualifications
- Active CNA certification is required
- Previous call center or high-volume inbound customer service experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in home care, healthcare intake, scheduling, or admissions is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high-speed internet connection
