Job Summary

Seeking a customer-focused Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Intake and Client Services Coordinator for a full-time hybrid role, responsible for managing client intake, scheduling assessments, and providing exceptional service to individuals seeking healthcare and home care services.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and gather client information while explaining available healthcare services
  • Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments, ensuring accurate documentation in CRM systems

Required qualifications
  • Active CNA certification is required
  • Previous call center or high-volume inbound customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in home care, healthcare intake, scheduling, or admissions is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
