CNA Student - Montana Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CNA Student for the Intermediate Swing Bed position on a PRN status.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
• Communicates with RN/LPN to coordinate workloads and patient priorities, while performing patient assessments and documenting care
• Assists patients with daily living activities and maintains cleanliness and safety of patient care equipment

Required Qualifications

• Must demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and compassion in interactions with patients and staff
• Understanding of confidentiality laws, including HIPAA guidelines
• Commitment to teamwork and maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to maintain computer skills and learn new software as needed
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
