Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO, the remote Entrepreneur in Residence will lead the development of Maestro, an AI-driven inventory-planning intelligence venture, focusing on strategy, customer development, product iteration, fundraising, and team building while sharing meaningful founder equity.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilots with retail leaders, converting them to paid engagements and building the go-to-market strategy
• Partner with the product and engineering team to launch the initial version and iterate based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement
• Fluency in fundraising, with the ability to develop investor narratives and secure capital
• Proven track record of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Deep operational exposure to merchandise planning, inventory management, and multi-channel retail operations
