Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder and CEO, the remote position will lead the development of Foundry, an AI-native recruiting agency, focusing on strategy, customer development, and team building while offering meaningful founder equity.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilot placements with design-partner companies and establish paid retained relationships
• Recruit and lead the founding team, establishing the cultural foundation of the company

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Deep domain expertise in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
