Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for an AI-Native Recruiting Agency, this remote partnership role will lead the venture's direction, focusing on refining strategy, customer development, and product iteration while offering meaningful founder equity.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilot placements with design-partner companies and convert them to paid relationships
• Partner with the product and engineering team to launch the initial version and iterate based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising and developing investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
• Deep domain expertise in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
