Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for Clairo, an AI-native clinical documentation compliance venture, who will lead the strategic direction, customer development, and product execution of the startup in a remote, co-founder partnership with meaningful equity.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilot programs with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, converting them into paid engagements
• Partner with the product and engineering team to launch the initial version and iterate based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement
• Fluency in fundraising, with the ability to develop investor narratives and secure capital
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Deep operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle management and medical billing
