Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for a remote, equity-based partnership to lead Clairo, an AI-native clinical documentation compliance venture, responsible for setting strategic direction, managing customer development, and overseeing product execution.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilots with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, converting them to paid engagements
• Partner with the product and engineering team to develop and iterate on the initial product version

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement
• Fluency in fundraising, with the ability to develop investor narratives and secure capital
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Deep operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management
