Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for an AI-native clinical documentation compliance venture, this remote partnership offers meaningful founder equity and involves setting the venture's strategic direction, leading customer development, and overseeing product execution.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilots with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, converting them to paid engagements
• Recruit and lead the founding team while establishing the cultural foundation of the company

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising with the ability to develop investor narratives
• Operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle management or medical billing
• Understanding of the challenges faced by smaller EHR/PM systems and their operational workflows
