Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for a remote, equity-based partnership in Clairo, an AI-driven clinical documentation compliance venture, who will lead strategic direction, customer development, and product execution while collaborating closely with a dedicated studio team.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer pilots with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, converting them to paid engagements
• Oversee the seed fundraising process and recruit the founding team to establish company culture

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising and developing investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
• Deep operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle and medical billing
