Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer pilots with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, converting them into paid engagements
• Partner with product and engineering teams to launch the initial version and iterate based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement
• Fluency in fundraising with the ability to develop investor narratives and secure capital
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Deep operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or denial management
