Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for a remote, equity-based partnership to lead Clairo, an AI-driven clinical documentation compliance venture, where the candidate will set strategic direction, drive customer engagement, and oversee product development.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer development efforts by piloting with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, converting them to paid engagements
• Partner with the product and engineering team to launch the initial version and iterate based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement
• Fluency in fundraising, with the ability to develop investor narratives and secure capital
• Proven track record in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Deep operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle management and medical billing
