Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Maestro, an AI-native inventory-planning intelligence venture, who will work remotely in a partnership role with meaningful equity, guiding strategy, customer development, product iteration, and team building.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer pilots and convert engagements with multi-channel retail brands
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and launch the initial version of the product

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising and developing investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
• Operational experience in merchandise planning and inventory management
