Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Maestro, an AI-native inventory-planning venture, who will refine strategy, drive customer development, and partner with the product team, all in a remote capacity with meaningful founder equity.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer pilots and convert engagements with multi-channel retail brands
• Partner with the product and engineering team to launch and iterate on the product

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising and developing investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
• Operational exposure to merchandise planning and inventory management
