Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO, the remote Entrepreneur in Residence will lead the development of Maestro, an AI-driven inventory-planning venture, focusing on strategy, customer development, and team building while sharing meaningful founder equity.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer pilots and convert engagements with multi-channel retail brands
• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to launch and iterate on the product based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising and developing investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and develop top talent
• Operational experience in merchandise planning and inventory management
