Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for a remote, equity-based partnership to lead Maestro, an AI-driven inventory-planning venture, responsible for setting strategic direction, customer development, and product execution while building a founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer pilots and convert engagements with multi-channel retail brands
• Partner with the product and engineering team to develop and launch the initial version of the product

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising and developing investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
• Deep operational exposure to merchandise planning and inventory management
