Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Maestro, an AI-native inventory-planning intelligence venture, who will refine strategy, drive customer development, and partner with the product team, all in a remote, co-founder partnership with meaningful equity.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilots with key stakeholders in multi-channel retail to convert them to paid engagements
• Partner with the product and engineering team to develop and iterate on the product based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising with a proven ability to develop investor narratives
• Experience in merchandise planning and inventory management
• Strong capability to attract and lead top talent
