Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead HawkAI, a remote venture focused on developing AI communication agents for the logistics industry, where the candidate will refine strategy, drive customer development, and oversee product execution while partnering with a proven studio team.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning for freight brokerages and logistics operators
• Lead customer pilots, convert engagements, and establish go-to-market strategies targeting logistics and supply chain leaders
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch the initial version and iterate based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising, including developing investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
• Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, or B2B enterprise software, with familiarity in AI agents or LLMs
