Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the development of HawkAI, a remote venture focused on deploying AI communication agents for logistics, where the candidate will refine strategy, drive customer development, and oversee product execution while building a founding team with meaningful equity participation.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning for freight brokerages and logistics operators
• Lead customer pilots and convert engagements with mid-sized to enterprise freight brokerages
• Partner with the product and engineering team to launch and iterate on the AI communication platform

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising and developing investor narratives
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B enterprise software
• Familiarity with AI agents or large language models
