Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the remote AI venture HawkAI, the successful candidate will refine strategy, drive customer development, and oversee product execution while managing a founding team and capital raising efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning for logistics industry clients
• Lead customer pilots with freight brokerages, converting them into paid engagements and establishing a go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to launch and iterate on the platform based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement
• Fluency in fundraising with the ability to develop investor narratives
• Proven track record in attracting and retaining top talent
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B enterprise software, with familiarity in AI agents or LLMs
