Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for a remote, equity-based partnership to lead HawkAI, an enterprise AI venture focused on automating freight communications for logistics brokerages, carriers, and warehouse operators.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning across the logistics sector
• Lead customer development efforts, converting pilot engagements into paid contracts with mid-sized to enterprise freight brokerages
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch the initial version and enhance it based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement
• Fluency in fundraising, with a proven ability to develop investor narratives and secure capital
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight brokerage, with familiarity in AI agents or LLMs
• Proven track record in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
