Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the development of HawkAI, a remote, equity-based partnership focused on creating AI communication agents for the freight and logistics industry, where the candidate will refine strategy, drive customer development, and oversee product execution.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning across various logistics sectors
• Lead customer pilots with freight brokerages, converting them to paid engagements while building a go-to-market strategy
• Partner with the product and engineering team to develop and iterate on the AI platform based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement
• Fluency in fundraising, with experience developing investor narratives and closing capital
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, or B2B enterprise software, with familiarity in AI agents or large language models
