Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the remote venture HawkAI, this opportunity involves developing AI communication agents for logistics, managing strategy, customer development, product execution, and fundraising while offering meaningful founder equity.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning for freight brokerages and logistics operators
• Lead customer pilots with mid-sized to enterprise clients, converting them to paid engagements and building a go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to launch the initial product version and iterate based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement
• Fluency in fundraising with the ability to develop investor narratives
• Proven capability to attract and retain top talent
• Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, or B2B enterprise software, with familiarity in AI agents or LLMs
