Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the development of Crossfoot, an AI-native accounting agent platform for small-to-mid CPA firms, this remote partnership offers meaningful founder equity and requires driving strategy, customer development, and product execution.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilots with CPA firm partners, converting them to paid engagements and establishing a go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to launch and iterate on the platform based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising, with the ability to craft investor narratives
• Proven track record in attracting and developing top talent
• Deep accounting domain expertise with hands-on experience in CPA firm processes
