Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the development of Crossfoot, an AI-native accounting agent platform for small-to-mid CPA firms, this remote partnership offers meaningful founder equity and requires strategic direction, customer development, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer pilots and convert engagements with CPA firms to build a referral-driven go-to-market strategy
• Partner with product and engineering teams to launch the initial version and iterate based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising, including developing investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
• Deep accounting domain expertise with hands-on experience in CPA firm operations
