Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the development of Crossfoot, an AI-native accounting agent platform for small-to-mid CPA firms, this remote partnership offers meaningful founder equity and involves refining strategy, leading customer development, and managing product iterations.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer pilots and convert engagements with managing partners and BPO operators
• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to launch and iterate on product versions

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising and developing investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
• Deep accounting domain expertise and experience in CPA firm operations
