Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Crossfoot, an AI-native accounting agent platform for small-to-mid CPA firms, this remote partnership offers meaningful founder equity and involves refining strategy, leading customer development, and overseeing product execution.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilots with CPA firm partners to convert them into paid engagements and establish a go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to launch the initial version and iterate based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising and developing investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and develop top talent
• Deep accounting domain expertise, with hands-on experience in CPA firm processes
