Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for a remote, equity-based partnership in an AI-native clinical documentation compliance venture, who will lead strategy, customer development, product iteration, capital raising, and team building.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer pilots and convert them into paid engagements while developing go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to launch the first version and iterate based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or B2B AI go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising with the ability to develop investor narratives
• Proven track record in attracting and developing top talent
• Deep operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle management and medical billing
