Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Crossfoot, an AI-native accounting agent platform, the remote partner will refine strategy, drive customer development, and oversee product launch while benefiting from meaningful founder equity and pre-seed capital support.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer pilots with CPA firms and convert them into paid engagements
• Partner with the product and engineering team to launch and iterate on the platform

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising and developing investor narratives
• Ability to attract and retain top talent
• Deep accounting domain expertise with hands-on experience in CPA firm operations
